At Mogale Solution Providers, we have almost three decades of experience providing business solutions. Founded in 1996 by Jacqueline Matlala and Mogale Matlala, MSP is still home to its original leaders, making it a reliable and valuable partner for potential business clients.

Jacqueline Matlala

Founder & Co-Director

 

Jacqui Matlala is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in construction project management. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wits University. Jacqui also holds a MAP Certificate from Wits Business School and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from De Montfort University. She completed the NHBRC Women Empowerment Programme at the Gordon Institute of Business Studies (GIBS) Enterprise Development Academy. Currently the CEO and 51% female shareholder of Mogale Solutions Providers. Her duties include overseeing and directing all construction projects, ensuring compliance with building and safety regulations, and negotiating contracts and permits. She has been recognized for her achievements and was a finalist in the Govan Mbeki Awards for Women in Construction in 2016.

Mogale Matlala

Executive Director

 

Mogale Matlala is a highly experienced executive with over 32 years of experience in leading organizational development (OD) projects. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours in Economics) from the University of the Witwatersrand. He is one of the founding directors of Mogale Solution Providers and serves as the Executive Chairman. He has worked for various companies including City of Johannesburg, Rand Water, Portnet, M-Net, and SAB in different capacities. His expertise includes performance system reviews, job evaluations, training, organizational design, policy development, strategy alignment, transformation, restructuring, project management, and stakeholder management.
